Georgetown Boot Camp kicked of it's first session of Boot Camp in Georgetown on May 17th 2010! We received an overwhelming response and had to close out the class with a maximum recruits of 25! Wow! Way to get it done and get fit Georgetown! We look forward to making this program a mainstay in your town and get you all feeling great and of course looking fabulous! Work hard and it will all pay off!

Feedback from the first session ever of the Georgetown Boot Camp (May 17th 2010):

Dear B&S, For the past 5 years, I've been working out in my basement doing various dvd workouts, which i love, but really missed group workouts.  Joining a gym seemed like a big commitment, so this Boot camp has been the perfect solution.  I've never been a morning person and now enjoy getting up at 5 and finishing my workout by 7.  My mood is better and I have so much energy, my days are much more productive.  Lisa is a great motivator - she keeps every workout fresh and challenging.
I look forward to the next session and hope Boot camp/Georgetown can continue indefinitely. Regrads, Beth Reynolds, Georgetown Recruit

Lisa,
Boot Camp has been *great*.  It is exactly the kind of push I needed after stopping a consistent routine {{gulp}} *10 Months Ago*!!  Yep, no real exercise for almost a year....won't let That happen again!
I really like how each day is different and the drills vary.  I love the fact that we work all our muscles = the whole body.  I definitely feel my strength and stamina building each week.  It's definitely hard work, but it's also fun --and that makes all the difference for me.  I love having it done & over with early in the day too.
You have been a great instructor/coach/motivator --I like being pushed so I won't slack!  (Do I dare say I think you even go easy on us --that I was expecting a bit more of a drill sargent?! ---my son does a fitness regime similar to this with his football coach in the off-season, so I was ready for some heavy-duty, in-your-face "coaching". LOL)
I'm also thankful when you point out the right form to have so we're doing the exercises right.  I've been in situations before where the instructor doesn't correct things like that which not only make the exercise pointless, but can also lead to injury.
I really can't say enough good things about the program --I'm eager to keep going with it and seeing my progression.
Oh --speaking of peaked interest in the class --my hubby wants to join! ((that's BIG!))  LOL
